Why do we work with them?
Our involvement with the IOG takes place fundamentally at client level, and we have worked alongside the Institute since 2005 to deliver a series of one-day seminars aimed at instructing grounds staff on the latest techniques and developments in artificial pitch maintenance.
As part of the Synthetic Surfaces seminar that we deliver, we offer delegates the opportunity to submit feedback to help us monitor how our courses are perceived. Since feedback forms were introduced in 2005, our courses have generated a 100% positive response rate, with over 94% of respondents rating as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Above Average’ the way the information has been relayed, and 98% happy that the course content met with their expectations.
These feedback forms confirm that the synthetic pitch maintenance element of the IOG-led courses is received with enthusiasm by attendees, many of whom were not initially aware of the best maintenance programme for their surface, or how such maintenance requirements vary according to which generation of carpet they were looking after. We have found the information on maintenance to be the aspect of the course that delegates found to be ‘most useful’, which is testament not only to our knowledge expertise, but also in the way we present this information to the customer.
Our commitment to educating customers on the importance of routine maintenance to the longevity of their synthetic surface is central to our philosophy of ‘Maintaining Standards’. On-site demonstrations, comprehensive reports and regular training courses in conjunction with the IOG have helped to strengthen our position as the UK’s leading synthetic pitch maintenance provider.
